I'm going to show you how to copy and paste automation workflows in Smartsheet. First, download SSFeatures. Then open your automation workflow. Click the copy button in the top right corner. Close this automation. Click the \"Create from scratch\" button to create a new automation. Click the paste button and SSFeatures will paste the automation for you. You can use this to copy and paste automation workflows between sheets and accounts.

SSFeatures will automatically match column names where possible. If no match is found, it will skip the unmatched values and notify you with a popup so you can review and adjust manually.
Yes. SSFeatures cannot copy Advanced Options, messages containing links to specific fields, or select destination sheets for Move Rows or Copy Rows actions. In these cases, you’ll need to make manual adjustments after pasting.
