Smartsheet has strict limits on rows, columns, and cells. When a sheet hits a limit, it breaks without warning, and your forms and automations stop working. I'm going to show you how to get alerts before you hit a limit so you're never caught off guard. First download SSFeatures from ssfeatures.com. Open your sheet in Grid view. Click the SSFeatures button. Click \"View Sheet Stats\". This popup shows you the current usage of your sheet. Any stats that are close to the limit are highlighted in red, so you can spot problems immediately. Click \"Alert Settings\". Here you can customize your alerts. By default, SSFeatures alerts you when any stat passes 80% of the limit. You can change this threshold or disable alerts for specific sheets. Now when you open any sheet that is close to a limit, SSFeatures will automatically show you a warning so you have time to fix the issue before your sheet breaks. With this feature, you'll never be surprised by a sheet hitting its limit. You'll have time to plan a solution and keep your workflows running smoothly. Download SSFeatures for free at ssfeatures.com.
