Smartsheet doesn't give you an easy way to see how many rows, columns, or cells are in your sheet. I'm going to show you how to instantly view all your sheet stats with one click. First download SSFeatures from ssfeatures.com. Open your sheet in Grid view. Click the SSFeatures button. Click \"View Sheet Stats\". This popup shows you everything about your sheet: total rows, columns, cells filled cells, empty cells, and cross sheet references. Stats that are close to Smartsheet's limits are highlighted in red. Click \"Alert Settings\". Here you can customize your alerts. By default, SSFeatures alerts you when any stat passes 80% of the limit. You can change this threshold or disable alerts entirely. Now, when you open any sheet that is close to a limit, SSFeatures will automatically warn you so you can fix it before your sheet breaks.
